"We traveled ~45 min to the the Zlatá Lípa, the spa experience was disappointing, dry sauna was completely out of order and the whirlpool was tepid, the jets were great but temperature setting was way too low. Therefore we chose to skip the experience in the morning. Very nice breakfast!"

Through Expedia, we booked and fully paid for a room for two nights — December 30 and 31. The room was very cold, and we had to sleep fully dressed. After 3:00 PM, the property owner, accompanied by two men, knocked on the door, behaved aggressively, and demanded we leave immediately. "Very nice and clean accomodation for the price, right in the center of the town. Bathroom is big and hotel room is quite modern. Only downside is the lack of a room access keycard as the hotel still uses the classic key to unlock your door. In 2026 I think all hotels no matter what location should implement keycards to access all hotel facilities as it’s more secure and easy maintenance for the staff and is just expected these days."
