"We arrived around 22.00 to the ”hotel” . This is not a hotel but a studio kinda apartment . Also there s no staff , its a self check in . But the mail with the code to the entry door and the code to the box with the key was not sent , so we had to get internet at a close by mcdonalds and also borrow a phone from a stranger to be able to call the service nr , after 10-15 min the mail with the codes was sent , but they forgot to mention the room nr , so we had to guess and try the card key in...

"Sehr schönes Appartement mit nettem Balkon und sehr guter Innenausstattung. Die Treppe zum Bett im "ersten Stock" war gewöhnungsbedürftig und im Halbschlaf nur seeehr vorsichtig nutzbar. Schwierig für ältere Menschen z. B. mit Knieproblemen, mit echten Bewegungseinschränkungen vermutlich gar nicht möglich. "

"Es lief alles wunderbar ab. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos und das WLAN war trotz vier gleichzeitiger Nutzer nie langsam. Am ersten Tag hat die Spühle getropft aber da wurde auch sofort der Hausmeister geschickt um diese su reparieren. Im großen und ganzen sehr gut für einen kürzeren aufenthalt. "

"Der gesamteindruck war gut. Hier und da müssen ein paar kleinigkeiten ausgebessert werden aber sonst super objekt. Ausreichend schlafplätze für 8-8 Personen. "

"The house was as described, clean, easy to access to nearest towns. It was about 45 to 50 minutes to Hamburg. They had a lovely cat which treated as on our arrival and when we left. The house is on the river which made our holiday superb. We had our tea every morning in the garden. The house was warm, had a great bath and a modern kitchen."

"Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen von der sehr netten Vermieterin. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut - nah an Stade und Jork, auch Buxtehude ist schnell zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Eine Verdunklung in den Schlafräumen wäre gut - es ist doch sehr hell, wenn im Sommer früh die Sonne aufgeht. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was close to the places we wanted to visit. Very easy to get to with a little bit of walking to the local train station. We wanted a kitchen and got a lovely one that was well outfitted for our needs. The layout of the little efficiency apartment was ideal in that the main room was split into by a room divider with a television that could swivel from one side to the other and that made it feel like two rooms – a bit more privacy than would otherwise be the case. We never met any staff because everything was automated and we were received a code for getting into the building and into our rooms the day before our arrival. It was very much our little home away from home. "

"Nice, pet-friendly, hotel. Convenient place to stay near to the motorway. We were travelling with our dog. Staff were very welcoming. There was a small charge, I think €20, for a pet-friendly room. Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant, but they can go in the bar, where you can get food and drinks. The hotel is next to a park where we could exercise our dog. Food and drinks in the bar and restaurant were very good."
