8/10 Very Good! (826 reviews)

No response from hotel despite several messages over almost 4 days to provide details of tourist pass. Front desk person couldn't even help with the nearest bus stop. Room was OK, bed not the most comfortable, and linens need upgrade. Breakfast was really good though and reasonable connectivity to main city.

Property is in a residential neighborhood about 15 minutes by bus to the main part of the city. We were able to walk to grocery stores and restaurants. Kitchen has only salt and pepper so come prepared if you intend to cook, but there is a coffee maker and tea provided. Bed was comfy. Free washer and dryer in basement which was wonderful. There is no elevator.
