There was no hot water! The staff did not warn us it had been out for days! I have a hurt back and a cold shower only makes it hurt more and all day! Shameful!

Small quadruple room nothing like the pictures on the site. Wouldn’t be enough equipment if 4 of us. No onsite parking which is on the hotels.com site. Parking off site. Hotels.com error.
