「Very clean and new basement apartment with its own entrance. There are lots of amenities not commonly found in other rentals: personal hygiene, high quality soaps and haircare items. Location was good to walk to some local restaurants and bars. The owners live upstairs but give you plenty of privacy. It is in a nice and quiet area. No complaints, if a larger bed would fit that would be ideal but i understand space is limited. There was some pitter parter of small feet above at times but nothing...

「This place is amazing. It’s not an older property that’s been refreshed, they tore it down to the studs and recreated a 50’s motel. It’s all fresh and very clean with modern touches. Beautiful drive in and out. Friendly owners and staff. Absolute gem.」

「This space was impeccably clean and exactly as described. So close to everything and metered on street parking was easy with long term free parking just a short distance away(cars come and go constantly so finding a spot only took a few min each time). Darryl responded in a professional, timely manner. The listing only showed a washer as the dryer was inoperable(def my oversight). We washed clothes anyway and draped them over the deck furniture. Being on the top floor there's plenty of sunshine...

「Had some issues at first but PortsCityStays were great to work with once we connected. Josh made sure our stay went well and went out of his way to make sure we had a great long weekend. 「The apartment was exactly as pictured. Well decorated, spacious and comfortable. The location is exceptional! In the heart of everything, yet we did not find it loud. It was fun to watch the tugboats in and out shepherding huge boats through the harbor. The host was great communicating everything we needed to know and the parking spot was perfect. A lovely touch with snacks and toiletries available it you need them.」
