The place was clearly cheaply built, and the people living upstairs (owner?) Were tromping around until last more than once and there is clearly no soundproofing out in. Also handyman came to caulk the kitchen backsplash during our visit which was just weird. Also, there is no control for the temperature in the unit so you're at the mercy of whatever the main for decides they want the temp to be up there which is clearly different than the basement.
