So very clean and comfortable.Staff in office superb and friendly.Wonderful to meet other guests at breakfast if not in a hurry . Fridge space is enough. Kitchen well equipped, possibly more tea towels for drying a few dishes. Third floor lounge business area a gem. Could use more towels and a second shower mat in bathrooms Parking very tight .

We chose this property for close proximity to University and for laundry facility. Note that it is only available after 3pm as house keeping uses it during the day. We rented room with en suite bathroom for a couple of nights. There are also single rooms with shared bathrooms in the hallway. Management responded to our email fast. Check in/out is easy, instructions clear. House, our room and bathroom were clean and tidy. We heard our neighbors returning at night, but it did not disturb us. We would likely return next time we are dropping off our daughter to university.

Room and rest of house was very clean, right beside a large shopping plaza with lots of food options and a walmart, almost always got a quick response after messaging them during my stay, parking situation wasnt great because of how many other guests had cars but we were able to manage

Do not mistake this property for anything other than a place to sleep. It is a three storey house converted to rental rooms that are clean and adequate. There is no staff and no service. Two washrooms on the second floor serve the second and third floors. Last person to the showers gets cold water only. Having stated the above, for a single person needing only a place to sleep and refresh it is a very good value for the money spent. Parking was adequate and there is a major shopping centre quite nearby

Great Experience!

I really enjoyed my 10 night stay. The unit was spacious, clean and close to many amenities in the city. I want to thank Zoe and the rest of the staff for their quick response in accommodating a last minute request and I would definitely book with Boardwalk whenever I am in the area again. An adventurous alternative to hotel stay

Staying at a "guest house" was a new experience- private bedrooms, but shared bathrooms, kitchen & living area. Home-y to have cupboards full of needed utensils, system to label your personal food items by room#; pleasant decor, back deck to sit & sip morning tea. Extra bonus of meeting new people & having conversations with other residents/guests in the common area.

The environment is good and central, but the room is not as described in the picture. The beddings is the worst I have seen in the recent past. Rooms seem not well partitioned as noise from adjacent rooms would not allow lodgers sleep. My stay isn’t worth the money.
