Thoughtfully styled and filled with modern comforts, this retreat offers a screened lanai, a game room packed with entertainment, and even a massage chair for ultimate comfort. Whether you’re lounging poolside, hosting a family meal, or enjoying the home’s endless amenities, every detail has been designed with guests in mind.

Step outside to your private pool, covered outdoor dining area, and cozy fire pit—perfect for evenings spent under the stars. The backyard playground keeps the kids entertained, while the fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals for the whole group.

The home features a king suite, a queen bedroom, and two bunk rooms—each with a twin/full bunk and twin trundle. The game room keeps the fun going with multiple arcade games, skee ball, air hockey, and Pop-A-Shot. With comfort, style, and entertainment for all ages, this home truly has it all.

• POOL HEAT:

Heating is available for $35 per day (plus tax) with a 5-day minimum and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note the attached spa is not a hot tub—it does not have jets, and it heats to the same temperature as the pool, not exceeding 90°F. The heating system uses heat exchange, which does not operate in temperatures below 50°F. No refunds will be provided if the pool does not reach the desired temperature in cold weather.



• GRILL:

Please note. Some of our homes may be pictured with a gas bbq grill or outdoor built in grill. If guests wish to use the grills, it is the guest's responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. A $50 charge will be applied if grills are left unclean. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations. If the grill is locked up, then it is not to be used by guests as it is the homeowner's personal grill. If you would like to have a grill for your vacation, we can arrange a rental grill for your stay.

Nice house but can’t enjoy it.

My stay was 7 days 6 nights. Day 2 we discovered that the pool filtration system did not work. The outside lights did not work. The ceiling over the table did not work. Could not enjoy the pool area because of these issues. Day 4 the AC unit stop working. No one came until the next . Did not fix because of a Freon leak. So imagine in a house with no A/C working. For 4 days. Overall the house is amazing. The area is quiet.
