AC / Heater functioned great. The room has amazing vibes - young and fresh. The bed is the best comfort has to offer and the washroom was well built - upscale.

We loved everything about our stay here except for the beds themselves. We chose this place as it was a relatively long-term stay for work so we loved the idea of having a full kitchen, in-suite laundry, etc. And the place was awesome for all of those reasons. But the mattresses just weren't very comfortable. I highly recommend that Level upgrade their mattresses or puts some memory foam or mattress toppers on some of the old mattresses to improve the quality of the sleeps.
