"Did a 3 night stay, non of the rooms are non-smoking first night couldn't sleep my room smelled and the AC was hitting me right on the face staff was nice and understanding and put me in another room. This is not a hotel to bring your family, there are some suspicious people and activities, the showers are for small people, there's no sofas that you can make it into a bed. Shower curtains are too small and water gets under the tiles I am sure there are some health issues there. "

"Nothing fancy by any stretch but very clean. Freshly mopped in main lobby daily and cleaning in the rooms were great! Breakfast was fine. Lots of hot options. Same thing served all three mornings. The property is dated but the cleanliness is what matters most to us and this checked the boxes for us in that category! "

"ok for an overnight stay. hallways had a lingering cigarette smell kinda like a old motel that was converted from smoking to non smoking. room smelled a lil bit of like humidity and mildew. room was reasonably clean. Room size was very small. The breakfast was decent. plenty of onsite parking. Also seemed very noisy probably not the best if you are a light sleeper."

"How many times do you have to ask yhe front desk or the staff to put soap in the shower dispensers? We asked so many times, and each time the staff courteously responded, "Yes, we will take care of it." But they didn't. They didn't clean the room at all. We were told on Hotels.com that the buffet breakfast was included with the hotel stay. I paid extra for that, in fact. But not any more. We have to purchase a $10.95 breakfast ticket. What kind of "Inn and Conference Center" doesn't have a business center? I had to travel several miles to an Office Depot to print a document. All of my disappointment is compounded because I recommended this hotel to several family members who flew 3,000 miles to meet us in Winston-Salem, only to stay in a sub-par hotel. My family and I have stayed here in the past, as recently as 3 years ago. The service was excellent. Not any more. I don't know if they changed management or are just trying to deal with inflation. I don't care. I just know that I will never stay here again."
