「Excellent service and room」

「It is an excellent 3 star facility which mimics 5 star elements. Small and cosy hotel. This is my second visit to this hotel. I like their service. Friendly and accommodating staff. Breakfast is great and they accommodate requests well within capacity. Mall is close but never visited as business trip and hectic. 」

「It was a perfect place to stay. So affordable. Immaculate. The staff was incredible. I will be back.」

「All the staff were very nice, helpful and polite. Thank you!」

「Excellent location, well maintained, clean and comfortable. Very easy checkin. Only problem I had was with the location on google maps. Took me to a completely different place and was forced to look for local help for directions.」

「The area around the hotel looks moderate but the hotel rooms were almost 5 stars level 」

「Excellent hotel. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Very clean. 」

「Room was found truly clean and bed was fairly comfortable. Large space with convenient bathroom. AC is not perfect but acceptable to have good sleep.」

「One elevator was not going to the 5th floor; I had to walk up the stairs. There were chacaroches in one room, and the bathroom was not clean and smelled of urine. The furniture was full of dust and fingerprints from other people renting- the stuff did not get cleaned it! 」

「The receptionist was good and clean. It was good also, but the bathroom was smell like a sewer and for the clean I had an incident that I want them to clean the room and they didn’t clean it and when I spoke to the reception, they said they told them, but they didn’t clean it so they don’t take care of their client」
