  • Your vacation home: Comfortable, sunny roof-only house for 6 people, idyllic and quiet, not only for summer, with a beautiful garden and comfortable seating. Everything completely new and lovingly renovated. Free space up to the roof in the open dining / living room. A double room, a room for three people and a single room. Dining / living room with television and satellite reception. Kitchen with dishwasher, microwave. Hallway, newly renovated bathroom with shower and washing machine, partly covered, extra large terrace. BBQ available. Own parking space. If necessary, towels and bed linen can be provided. Nearby swimming lake (also suitable for children). Ideal starting point for fishing, cycling, hiking, hang gliding, playing mini golf, climbing (climbing park). Infrastructure: 800 m to the nearest restaurant, playgrounds nearby. Good shopping and a variety of restaurants in Beilngries about 5km away. Numerous excursion destinations (e.g. B. Riedenburg with its own falconry etc ...) The Kratzmühle holiday village is located between Kinding and Beilngries, just a few kilometers from the A9 Nuremberg-Munich motorway.

Sehr gemütliches Haus, genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten drinnen und draußen, schöner Blick ins Grüne, Nähe zum See.Angenehm, den Brötchenservice des in Campingplatzes mit nutzen zu können.Kleine Nachteile sind:Die Betten in den EG-Schlafzimmern sind nur für Personen 1,70m geeignet. Im OG gibt es 3 normalgroße Betten. Diese sind jedoch nur über eine steile Stiege erreichbar.Die Verantwortlichkeit für die Vermietung ist zwischen Campingplatz -Verwaltung (Inserat) und Hauseigentümer (Check-in) aufgeteilt. Dies ist für den Gast nicht so leicht zu durchblicken.Insgesamt aber trotzdem schön.

Schöne Unterkunft! Waren als 6er Gruppe unterwegs. Sehr nette Umgebung und Vermieter. Problem ist nur das es kaum Netz und kein Wlan gibt. Wir haben dies aber als gute Möglichkeit für einen Handy Detox genutzt. Der See ist sehr schön auch zum Baden.

Die Ausstattung des Ferienhauses ist gut. Lediglich um das Haus herum könnte mal aufgeräumt werden.

Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt dank der Platzverhältnisse im Ferienhaus, der guten Ausstattung und der schönen Lage sehr schön.

Tolles gemütliches Haus in super Lage.

Wir waren über Ostern mit 5 Personen im Haus. Alles war wie in der Beschreibung. Sehr gemütlich mit schöner Terrasse. Ideale Lage zum wandern und entspannen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch die ganze Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war perfekt. Jederzeit wieder.

Einfach und unkompliziert

Die An - und Abreise war einfach und unkompliziert gestaltet. Im Haus genügend Platz für 3 Personen und kleinen Hund. Es war alles genügend vorhanden (Fön, Geschirr, Koch- und Backutensilien, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank, Backofen, etc.) Gemütliche Coach und ein schöner großer Esstisch. Leider funktionierte unser Handy-und Internetempfang schlecht bis gar nicht. Ansonsten waren wir im Großen und Ganzen sehr zufrieden. Vielen Dank!

Kuschelige Unterkunft, auch im Winter.

Sehr idyllisch und ruhig gelegen. Die Anfahrtskizze war sehr hilfreich. :) Das Haus ist sehr kuschlig, gemütlich und sauber. Nur eine Handseife im Bad wäre schön gewesen, ansonsten war alles vorhanden für den täglichen und nicht alltäglichen Bedarf. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Hübsches kleines Häuschen im Grünen

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit in dem Häuschen. Obwohl die Außentemperatur schon etwas niedriger war, war es überraschend gut isoliert und wir haben nie gefroren. Die Architektur des Hauses ist auch irgendwie etwas ganz besonderes und hat uns sehr gefallen. Leider ist die Wohnung sehr hellhörig, aber das hat uns nicht weiter gestört. Man sollte sich auch bewusst sein, dass es kein WLAN gibt, und leider auch kein Handyempfang oder mobile Daten, man ist also sdass es

Das Objekt war bei der Ankunft belegt, wir mussten in ein anderes Haus ziehen,wo wir kein Dreibettzimmer hatten wie eigentlich gemietet. Person vor Ort wollte sich dazu melden bei uns , das ist nicht passiert. Der Geschirrspüler war verstopft,das ganze Haus war voller Spinnweben.

die Lage war okay, sehr schöner See, das Häusle..... 6 Betten ,nur 5 Stühle am Tisch, kaputtes Fliegengitter, kaputte Messer (Griff),am unteren Tisch kein Sonnenschirm, 4 Polster f. 6 Gartenstühle, sehr wenig Stauraum, kleine Regale viel zu hoch , kein Wlan, altes angelaufenes Besteck, sehr enge,kleine Küche, Geschirr alles zusammen gewürfelt, im Haus seltsamen Geruch, die Möbel passen alle irgendwie nicht zusammen , nicht heimelig,Stellpllatz hat es, aber nicht direkt am Haus.

gutes Haus, tolle Umgebung

sind ein passr Schritte bis zum See, der ist super, die Altmühl ist noch näher und eignet sich hervorragend z.B. für SUP. Am See leider keine Hunde erlaubt (auch nicht angeleint). Umgebung auch mit vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Haus ist wie beschrieben, alles da was mensch braucht. Für 6 Erwachsene oder einen längeren Aufenthalt (wir waren 5, davon 3 Kinder und 4 Tage) etwas wenig Stauraum. Aber insgesamt 5 Sterne, ganz klar!

Unser Haus am See

Freundlich eingerichtetes Nur-Dach-Haus mit großer, teilüberdachter Sonnenterrasse und Garten. Kurzer Weg zum Pfraundorfer See und dem Fluss Altmühl. Guter Startpunkt für ausgedehnte Wanderungen. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Einziges (großes) Manko: kein Wlan im Haus und ebenfalls schlechter Mobilfunkempfang.

Niedliches Häuschen im Grünen

Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Der Garten ist wunderschön und die Umgebung ebenfalls mit dem nah gelegenen See. Leider kommt man mit dem Auto nicht nahe heran und muss daher das Gepäck sehr steil tragen. Es gibt so gut wie keinen Internetempfang.

Unterkunft 5Sterne, Angeln Ende Oktober 30km weiter

Die Unterkunft ist hervorragend. Mein Auswahlkriterium -die Nähe zu einem Angelgewässer- konnte nicht erfüllt werden, da zum einen Ende Oktober keine Angelkarten mehr für die anliegenden Gewässer verkäuftlich waren und zum anderen die geographischen Bedingungen es nicht ermöglichen, aus dem Haus raus direkt mit dem Angelzeugs ans Gewässer zu gehen.
