Room was not cleaned. When we asked in the afternoon we got clean towels, but no cleaning.

Good location, good food, conveniently located.

On the face of it this is a nice hotel with lovely staff, setting, and luxurious feel. It just lets itself down with money grabbing and greed. Charging for towels, life jackets, sunbeds, swimming access, and snacks for ₩19k is scary. There is almost nothing included apart from the room itself... you are constantly walking around prepared to pay for almost anything. They need to start charging sensibly. We enjoyed our stay and benefitted from a reception mix up. Just left feeling slightly robbed!
