Upstairs you’ll find a king bedroom with en-suite bath, plus a bunk room with four XL twin beds that kids love. A cozy upstairs sitting area includes a TV and twin daybed for additional lounging or sleeping space.

Loved the property!! So new and clean. The kitchen was amazing and was so well stocked with dishes, pots, pans and even had Tupperware. Loved the pickle ball and shuffle board. Wish we had noticed the ping pong table before we were getting ready to leave. The only negative was the late notification of check in information and the time it took to get the deposit back. Other than that we loved it and look forward to coming back.

Long weekend

Property was very nice and the manager very responsive when our code would not open our unit. Great to have a private boat ramp and boat stalls.

Great house for long weekend

We loved it. Great house. Clean, Great logistics. Weber gas grill was a great touch. Loved the set up of the neighborhood. Not too far from everything, but nice and quiet. Rented a boat from Port of kimberling city

I really didn't want to review this because I would like to keep it a secret for our family. It is a wonderful place to rent regardless of time of year it is. Super clean super nice. Thank you for letting us rent it.

Beautiful, clean, new, and spacious!

We LOVED this property! We would love to stay her again. There was so much space everyone was comfortable. We particularly loved the large covered deck!
