「Got there no staff we could talk to just an envelope at the desk with our name. Did a walk through the room and say that it was well below our standards. Tried to cancel immediately but nobody at Expedia would help I phoned Expedia followed the phone instructions and got hung up on several times I tried with the same disappointing results.
