The space
The Bearet Home in Killington is a beautiful single-family home with a lot of local history and full of many fond memories. Entering the home on the ground floor, you'll be met with an open floor plan that boasts a large living room kitchen and dining area, perfect for hosting and entertaining your entire group. Also located on this level is a ½ bath, and the first king bedroom with an ensuite bath. Upstairs, you will find three more spacious bedrooms all featuring an ensuite bath. Downstairs, features a large game room, along with the bunk room, perfect for keeping the kid entertained! Step outside, and you’ll be greeted with a private deck and grill, with the stairs leading down to the hottub!

The bedroom layout is as follows: Room 1 (ground floor) King room with ensuite, Room 2 (2nd floor) King bed with ensuite, Room 3 (2nd floor) queen bed and Twin bed with ensuite, Room 4 (2nd floor) queen bed and Twin bed with ensuite, Room 5 (basement level) 2 twin bunk beds.

You will have the entire home to yourself. There is an apartment over the garage that is behind the home with a full time resident, so please keep the driveway clear.
