Includes outdoor shower, laundry room, & 2 full-size refrigerators, perfect for family's and long stays!

Skip the crowded beach hotels and wake up to the sound. Our 5-bedroom home in the gated Colington Harbour community is designed for slow mornings on the dock and long evenings by the firepit. With three levels of living space, there’s plenty of room to gather for dinner or find a quiet corner for a nap.
What we love about the house:
- The Backyard & Porches: Multiple canal-facing porches lead down to a ground-level bar area, outdoor shower, and firepit.
- Space for Everyone: Two separate living areas mean the kids can watch a movie downstairs while the adults enjoy the vaulted ceilings and views upstairs.
- Guest Perks: Enjoy access to the community pool, tennis/pickleball courts, and local events. We also offer exclusive discounts on beach rental supplies (Duck to S. Nags Head) and a local favorite restaurant!
A few notes for your stay:
You’ll have the entire house to yourself, minus a few locked owner closets. If you’re planning to bring a boat, please let us know! There is an additional dockage fee that we can coordinate after your booking is confirmed.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Gather used towels: Leave in a pile in hamper or bathroom. Start a load of towels if you would like - not a request!
Leave beds alone - do not strip!
Throw trash away: Remove all trash from house (kitchen, bathroom, etc) place in dumpster outside of house.
Make sure all dishes are clean, dry and put away.
Turn off & lock up: Turn all lights off. Set AC to 74 in summer and Heat to 68 in the winter at departure. Lock all doors & windows at your departure. If a key was used please put it back in lockbox
