"REEL SALTY" Located in the heart of KDH!

Located in the heart of Kill Devil Hills at MP 7 in the Sea Holly Ridge neighborhood! It's a short distance (0.3 of a mile) to the nearby shopping center that has Belk, Food Lion, and restaurants (Max's Italian Restaurant & Pizzeria, NY Bagels, and China King)! It's approximately 0.6 of a mile to the nearest beach access and 0.4 of a mile to the Bay Drive multi use path where you can walk or bike with views of the sound! The movie theater is a quick 3 minute drive and the Wright Brothers National Memorial is approximately a 5 minute drive away! The property offers four bedrooms (1 King, 2 Queens, and 2 Twins) and two of those are primary bedrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs) with full bathrooms! The third bathroom is located in the hallway on the second floor. The living space is open concept with enough seating for the whole family! There's plenty of space under the home for relaxing or you can soak up the sun on the spacious deck! There's enough parking for up to 5 vehicles (4 in the driveway and 1 under the home). Out back, you will find a charcoal grill, outdoor shower, and a fully fenced in backyard! NOTE: SHEETS AND TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED; PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY.

Great OBX stay

The house was in the perfect location to walk/drive to the beach or the sound. Amenities are all close by including some great restaurants. We had a fantastic week and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Absolutely beautiful home .

This property is well maintained very clean and every room was beach themed decorated . They have you bring you own towels and sheets, and that wasn't even an issue since it had a washer and dryer . Close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Peaceful place to stay . Would definitely book this house again .

Great stay and perfect location

A great stay for me and my friends! We visit OBX at-least once a year for a car show and try a new house every year. This house is so conveniently placed it just might become out repeat rental year after year as long as its available. Plenty of space, nice house and even has 1 down stairs room so the kiddo could sleep with the big kids had fun. Definitely recommend this host and property!!

This house was top notch. One of the best I’ve ever stay in. I can’t say enough nice things about this property. Excellent location, cleaner than a brand new car, tidy and in place, instruction well documented and understandable, simple to follow. I will be re booking this property again

Beautiful beach house

Reel Salty is a beautiful beach house! We loved the beach decor throughout the whole house, and we appreciated the added touch of a lovely Christmas tree in the living room. The kitchen was fully stocked, The owner responded quickly to any questions I had. Highly recommend.

Wonderful home

We enjoyed our stay at Reel Salty. I only wish we could have stayed longer. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook a meal, beds were comfortable, & the decor was great. I really liked the amenities in the garages, chairs, games, & beach items. I highly recommend this property & Kelsey was super nice to deal with prior to check-in.

Nice house

The house appeared to be recently remodeled, with some ongoing updates, as evidenced by boxes of flooring materials stored in the closets. It was cozy, tastefully decorated, and offered a comfortable space for our stay. We were in town for the half marathon, and the house served as the perfect landing spot for our weekend.

Comfortable Get Away

Our family enjoyed our stay. The house was spacious and beautifully decorated. We appreciated the beach supplies in the garage and took advantage of the beach chairs. The neighborhood was quiet and the house was located just a short car ride to many beaches. Our one wish...more hangers for our clothes. Overall - a very nice stay!

A “Reel Salty” sweet stay!!!

The house was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. It was very clean and comfortable. We found it very easy to communicate with Kelsey and she would respond quickly to any questions. Everyone in our group agreed, Reel Salty was a great choice for our stay in the Outerbanks.

Great location. Large spaces for gathering and eating. Bright - lots of lights and lamps. Plenty of hot water. Comfortable couch and chairs. We had a great time and the house manager was responsive and helpful. Strong recommendation!

Girls trip. Great location. We Ubered at night and very easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. The house was very clean and we appreciated all the decorating touches. Kitchen was well equipped if you wanted to cook. Beds were comfy. Felt like a home. Kelsey responded very quickly to any questions we had. Would stay here again.

Reel Salty is a Jewell. Everything was great: the kitchen was well stocked; the beds are fantastic; plenty of bathrooms; having a bed and bath downstairs is wonderful. The entire house was spotless. I have nothing but great things to say. We were very happy during our stay.

“Reel Salty” was “Real Sweet”

Our stay at “Reel Salty” was “Real Sweet” lol we had an amazing time. The house was clean and very well decorated. I love the beachy vibes. We had loads of fun. The host was amazing. She answered all my questions and concerns that I had. We would definitely stay here again. It was our first time going to the Outer Banks and we absolutely loved it so much that we are planning on going next year for spring break.

Amazing place

Cannot express the amount of joy being here brought to my family and friends. From day one of the process it’s been amazing. From check in to checking out I had a few little little questions and they were answered within 2 minutes and extremely great communication. Everything listed and represented is as it could be when you arrive. This is definitely now my go to place in the OBX for getaways and can’t wait to come back later this year.

Great family space

Short 2 night getaway, Home was clean, modern and nicely decorated, plenty of space for family of 2 adults and 4 children. 5 minute drive to beach access. Neighborhood was nice, people walking around in the evening enjoying the sunset. Kelsey was a great host, very responsive. Kitchen was fully equipped. Garage has beach chairs and we enjoyed playing corn hole. Large deck and chairs to enjoy your morning coffee. I would recommend this home and would return.
