Oceanfront condo with community pool in the heart of KDH!

  • From this second-floor end unit, you will enjoy the breathtaking ocean views from your private balcony. Bowers I is conveniently located close to shopping and local attractions. Enjoy grilling out on one of the park grills located on-site or dine out at some of the local restaurants. The Golden Strand complex also offers an on-site community washer and dryer.

    Spend your day at the beach or relax by the pool. Located in the middle of the central Outer Banks and bordered by miles of attractions, activities, shops, and restaurants, (and not to mention miles of ocean,) Kill Devil Hills offers vacationers a world of things to do and see. Your vacation memories await you here!

    Smoke-free and no pets.

    Sheets and towels are provided for reservations made after January 21, 2026.

    The 30x70 community pool is available from May 15 - October 15, 2025. Pool Hours are from 9:00 AM to dusk.
