Plus, you'll be centrally located to some of the best dining on the beach at places like Food Dudes Kitchen, Mama Kwan's, and Bonzer Shack. While you're conveniently located near some of the best there is to offer in Kill Devil Hills, there's plenty of fun to be had at Wench's Pad 4 as well. This Outer Banks rental home features an oceanfront pool, complete with plenty of poolside seating and even a poolside cabana, making it easy to cool off and hang out with friends and family. Through the pool area, you'll have access to a private dune top deck, allowing you stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean and easy, no-hassle beach access right from your rental home. Had enough fun in the sun? Head to the rec room where you'll find loads of entertainment options for the whole crew. Play a game of pool, watch your favorite TV show on the flat-screen TV, and even whip up a quick snack thanks to the kitchenette that features a full-sized refrigerator. Special events are welcome with a maximum of 100 guests. A $3,000 event fee and a $3,000 security deposit apply. A locally-licensed event planner/insured event planning company must be used and the name of the person and company must be submitted within 90 days prior to the event.

Family Reunion at the Beach

This house is amazing. We had 30 people under 1 roof and there was plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen was remarkable, having 3 refrigerators, 2 stoves, and 3 dishwashers made making meals easy. There is plenty of space for large gathering and small areas for time to yourself. Of course the pool and the beach were everyone’s favorite space!
