"Hello, We actually was not happy with our stay. We expect far more for the price we payed. The check In process was horrible.. We stand 1 Hour with our 2 Kids in car because she can‘t find us in system and so she ignor us. The overall condition of the house was very bad. The whole Appartement smells bad. Specially the Bathrooms smell horrible. It is disgusting. We didnt dare to go to the pool because the water system smells horrible. Furthermore there are small ants everywhere in the house....

"Overall the property was beautiful and well kept. The amenities were great. Some things were closed due to a wedding so we left the property to eat more often. The staff was very kind and attentive. My only complaint was I was supposed to get 20% off of food and spa services. We remembered to ask during one our times eating but forgot during another time and during my spa service so unfortunately we did not receive the discount. "The staff were absolutely incredible. The rooms were beautiful, right on the beach and great pool. Felt like luxury. Couldn’t recommend enough. The hotel is a short taxi or drive to the main town if you want to go to a bar, or shops but it was perfect being a little away for a real peaceful relaxing trip. "

"Our stay was fabulous! The staff was excellent in every area of service. Our bungalow looked out over the lake and it was so peaceful. The free breakfast was served fresh and hot and they accommodated my wife's gluten-free dietary needs. Our unit was clean and comfortable and well maintained. We would love to come back again.y"

"Nice place if it’s one or 2 nights but wouldn’t recommend staying for longer. Location is good as it’s by the bus station so can go to Phuket or Khao Sok. Beds aren’t the comfiest in all honesty- me and my friend had serve neck ache but maybe we are weak bodied. "

"I booked the wrong month (June 11-14, instead of July 11-14) and didn't realize it until June 18. I immediately contacted the property to ask whether they could help me in any way given the mistake, and the answer was effectively "no." It was my mistake, so that's fine, but as a short-term rental owner myself, I make every effort to help guests out when something goes wrong, even if by their own fault. There was no such effort here, so I won't be rebooking here; I'll find another place to book for the correct dates."

"The only thing that might not have been convinient is that it is far away from any commercial area, you rely a lot on the Hotel Van that takes you there '40 minutes away,, however if you are after far away from anything and not noise, perfect place to be."

"The premises are very clean and beautiful. You are immersed in full nature. The food was always delicious. They could better organize the beach with sun loungers and sun umbrellas. It is a place to rest and reset. Loved the yoga/qigong with Alisa. Staff is always nice and friendly, except i had an issue with Teresa unfortunately. In the end all solved. I recommend this place if you need a break and disconnect but know that cockroaches, geckos, monkeys also live there. Plan for extras for boat and transport which is expensive for Thailand. "
