Had a pretty poor experience here. Needed some laundry done so paid for their laundry service. The staff managed to misplace some of the laundry. Upon challenging this they were not very helpful with providing reimbursement for the lost items. I was informed that the night staff were limited in their power to assist and that I’d have to wait until the day time to organise things with a manager - however I was headed to the airport before the manager would come in. Manager was unresponsive to staff attempts to contact him. Management have subsequently ignored any further requests or communication regarding the issue completely which was my biggest fear when checking out and unfortunately a completely predictable outcome. This sort of sloppy organisation is not acceptable and the poor attempts to “make it right” were virtually non-existent. Property itself was OK - room was fine and reasonably clean.

Lovely, spacious room. Didn’t get to go in pool as it was closed for cleaning.
