The staff are super friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were great. The food in the restaurant really good quality but the only issue was that we were cold as they didn’t have any heating in the restaurant. The manager refused to provide any record of the ride and later claimed he had simply flagged down a taxi on the street. "First the positives: clean, spacious room, good AC, friendly staff, close walking distance to the Registan, 5-10 min depending on your walking speed. Loved the water dispenser for refilling bottles so we bought fewer throwaway bottles.
Unfortunately, there were significant infrastructure issues that need addressed. Our 4-bed room had only two outlets which made charging things difficult. The regular lighting was dim, impossible to read by, and the alternate lighting was red which made the room...
