"HORRIBLE PLACE! This place is run by a crazy woman who should go to a mental hospital. I do not recommend it to anyone! Communication with her 0 points. You feel like you are in a mental hospital and not on vacation. There was an incredible stench from the sewage in our villa every day. It could not be solved. Moldy bathtub and shower. "Not many words are needed to describe the Banyan Tree Krabi! It is simply amazing. The rooms are not only stunning but also immaculate. The views are indescribable, and the breakfast buffet is world class. Most important of all the staff are the most kind and sweet people. From check-in where we met Phoom who made sure we had a lovely anniversary surprise and outstanding view, to Jayda who checked in on me when I felt sick, Dao at the pool bar with her lively attitude, and Pop the manager who made sure we were happy with our stay; I will never forget this hotel and our interactions with its people. Truly a worthwhile visit!!"
