"This hotel is one of the best in the world. The rooms are very comfortable with great bathrooms and lovely amenities. The food in the restaurants is excellent. What really makes this hotel great is the service, it’s off the charts!! We will stay here again and again. "

"On first day, our rooms were pretty much unclean. After a serious conversation with management they started cleaning rooms more adequately and daily. Water was warm just between 6am and 10am. If you needed/wanted to take a shower at any other time, you needed to ask for hot water and it would take 10/15 minutes for them to warm water again. Breakfast was ok, but not fit to American palate. We had prepaid for the entire trip in advance but had to leave 3 days earlier. We asked for a refund, they refused to refund entirely. We even asked them to refund at least one of the three days still available in our stay, they were aggressive and said they would NOT REFUND! PERIOD!!!"
