Was told I could check in at 11:00 because I was going to only use the room for a few hours because my daughter is in a program up there and we come to visit her she told me that it had a pool hot tub but we could use in everything plant ordered the room the night before got up there and they tried to say our room wasn't ready couldn't use the pool and the whole nine yards it was crazy you going to lose a lot of customers because the way you guys do busines the way you do people

ROOMS WERE CLEAN-NO ROOM SERVICE UNLESS WE CALLED.
THE RESTAURANTS WERE GOOD AND THE POOL WAS NICE -IT WAS A VERY HOT WEEKEND SO THE POOL WAS NOT VERY COOL.
THE CASINO WAS VERY SMOKEY EVEN IN THE NON SMOKING AREA.
