Amazing

Great property and host. Everything you need for a family especially with small children to be comfortable. The community is quiet and friendly and the space is well maintained. We will be coming back next year.

We love this community

This has been our go to place to stay while in the keys. We love the pool, hot tub and beach. My boys can walk right out into the beach and start fishing. It is out of the hustle and bustle but not too far out. Highly recommend!

Another Enjoyable Stay, Needs a Couple of Upgrades

We were back again as a family, the location and views are unmatched. The pool and beachfront location is perfect. Maintenance calls responses were fantastic for a couple of simple issues. We would recommend adding a few more items to the kitchen such as glasses, plates, cutlery, etc. Also more comfort to patio furniture would add to the experience.

Property was amazing with full wrap around ocean balcony. Great 3 bedroom condo with all needs provided for. Pool, hottub and beach was beautiful. Thank you for prompt responses to all our needs. Sorry to leave but we will be back. Paradise with family and friends.

The location is fine, we rented a golf cart and could get places without any issues. There was a terrible "musty" odor in the hallway, but that did not affect our place at all, just kind of hit ya when you walked out of the condo.

Amazing views

The views are exactly as promised, amazing! Be sure to read pool and checkout rules. Most complaints I saw were regarding pool hours and laundry. 100 % not an issue for me, we knew prior and absolutely enjoyed our stay. Mngmt was very quick to reply to any questions. If you are using the assigned parking spot, be sure it’s a small vehicle.

Dad’s 80th birthday celebration

The condo was fantastic! Even better than in the pictures. Very spacious with an amazing deck and nearly unobstructed views (palm trees blocked a little) of the Atlantic. Lovely pool and hot tub. Condo was very close to elevator and the parking spot. The only drawback was we rented a golf cart and there wasn’t enough clearance to be able to park in the garage. Otherwise was a perfect stay! I would rent again.

Unfortunately, the freezer was out of order all week, with no prior notice given. The management company did deliver ice when requested. Getting to Smathers beach was a bit cumbersome. Overall, we had a great stay and we enjoyed the pool and tennis courts.

Excellent property and location

Great property in a great location. Easy to get anywhere around Key West. Pool was lovely and the sand beach was a great addition. 5 minute walk to Smathers Beach. The huge, wraparound deck was an absolute joy - we spent a ton of time out there with coffee or drinks. You can see sunrise and sunset from the deck. The unit is well stocked, in the kitchen and throughout, including beach chairs and towels, washer dryer with detergent, blender and coffee maker that uses ground coffee or K pods. There’s tons of storage, and the primary bathroom had enough room for my spouse and I and our teenagers; we left the other bathroom for my mother in law. The parking space is in a garage which is really nice and is close to the correct elevator. Recommend you don’t unload your bags until you’ve parked in the garage to save yourself a lot of lugging. Only things that could make this unit better are some labeling of the many, many light switches - we were constantly trying them all over the unit to try to find the right one, and never could figure out how to turn off the laundry room closet light. Only other suggestion would be to provide a few beach cruiser bikes! Otherwise it was excellent and I highly recommend!

Unbelievable Views and spacious property

Late night arrival and property management had sent email information a week prior to arrival with all pertinent information provided. A little confusion about the proper door to get into the mailbox but once we obtained the key paperwork we were good to go. Parking for a Chevy Suburban was tight but doable. 3 BR / 2BA property was as advertised and beautiful. A slightly dated decor but overall the VIEW made up for it. H2O pressure in one shower was awesome and the other could use more pressure. We had a great time and Tom does a a fantastic job of providing everything you will need for a great vacation! Great location and close to Southernmost Point, a few blocks! Check out Butterfly Conservation, great place! Quite resort area. Thank you. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location, views are amazing but unit was lacking.

The stay was great and we really enjoyed the views and the neighborhood. Key West was spectacular and had a lot to offer. Beach was close and we could walk there in 5min. Unit had spectacular views however lacked in other areas. On arrival at 4.15 unit was still being cleaned, blind was not working in second bedroom, wires where hanging out ceiling in living room missing smoke detector, freezer was not working and melted ice cream within 24 hours. Very sparsely furnished, 3 wine glasses, few utensils, had to constantly run dishwasher. Property manager responded quickly to issues and new about freezer problem. For the price paid this unit needs some attention. Some nice glasses, plates and utensils would be a start? We have rented homes and condos in this price range all around the country through VRBO and I would have to say this property was not up to standard.

This condo is gorgeous with floor to ceiling windows throughout giving you stunning views of the ocean from every room. The beds are super comfy. The kitchen and bathrooms are beautiful and also has huge living area. The unit is peaceful. All you hear with the doors open is the surf and sea birds. Huge outdoor pool with small beach area but 1 min walk to huge beach. The host was quick to respond to any questions. We're going back same time next year!
