The Key West Golf Club is a good location. Usually quiet except for aircraft noice from the Naval Air Station and emergency helicopters from the nearby hospital. Most of the time it was quiet, with intervals of noise. The military aircraft do not fly at night which mitigated that noise issue. The condo was not in very good condition. The hurricane shutters had not been opened, the yard hadn’t been cleaned up and trimmed, one ceiling fan could not be adjusted for speed, another didn’t have a working light, the outside of the sliding doors in back was not clean, and one of the shower rods was very rusty and hard to use. The kitchen sink drain stoppers were missing and one of the dining area light switches failed. The property does not have a view of the golf course due to trees.Many of these issues were resolved during our stay. The property manager was helpful in dealing with these issues. Overall, a middle of the road experience. We have stayed at a number of other properties at this location and all were superior to this one.
