This spacious, open-concept condo was recently updated in October 2023. The upstairs loft offers two Queen beds and a full bathroom, while the downstairs living area features two Queen pullout couches and a half bathroom. A fully equipped kitchen and private washer/dryer add to the convenience. Relax on the outdoor sundeck and soak up the laid-back island atmosphere.

Our host was superb . The unit was impeccable and was a great space overall . The location was quiet even though we were right on Duval . Walkable to all the attractions and action , but a short pedicab ride home if needed . We definitely would like to stay here again .

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great location for a Key West stay. Everything was within walking distance and the management team was incredibly helpful with anything we needed. Highly recommend!

Sleeps eight, but it was just two of us…celebrating a 60th birthday. Although, we intended to have six; it was perfect for two and I’m sure it would have been nice with the max. The courtesy shuttle and late check out were greatly appreciated and the suggested dining and entertainment options were perfect. Wasn’t expecting such great care. Colacada and Jeffery were so accommodating! Thank you! We hope to be back again!

We loved the place. The location was so convenient to walking around Duval and the southern most point buoy. The property manager was super helpful with fixing the TV problems we came across. Our one complaint was the mattress on the pull out sofa is very uncomfortable, but the other beds were awesome! Secondly, if you’re sleeping downstairs on the pullouts, you can hear the activity in the hallway (ie. the doors closin, walking, talking, etc). Would recommend this place, and we definitely will come back here!
