This two-bedroom, two-bath condominium is located oceanfront in a gated community with a direct view of the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy amazing views from this waterfront rental condo of sparkling blue-green waters from your private balcony while relaxing in the tropical breezes and sipping a margarita. Put your feet up and know this is the vacation you have been looking for.

When you enter this waterfront rental condo, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook up your fresh catch, a dining area, and a spacious living room that opens to a private balcony with those unlimited ocean views. The master bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed with a full bathroom en-suite and entry to the private balcony. The second bedroom has two twin-size beds that can be converted to a king and an additional full bathroom just around the corner.

Wander across the street to the beach, rent umbrellas and chairs, relax, and soak up some Key West sunshine, or if the activity is what you have in mind rent kayaks, paddle boards, and sailboats along Smather's beach. You can even enjoy a snow cone after playing volleyball at one of the many food trucks.

The community of La Brisa features a sparkling community swimming pool, hot tub, and tennis courts/pickleball courts.

Key West is the place to visit the lively nightlife and relax in the historic charm, flamboyance, and conch-style architecture that early Bahamian settlers made famous. It embodies a clash of the past and the present, and every building (including this rental) in Key West reflects this eclectic ambiance!

- Any reservations 28 days or longer will require additional clean/cleans to be scheduled. Additional payment will be collected and the amount of cleans will depend on the length of your stay.
- All bookings 28 days or longer require a security deposit to be charged after booking.
- This home is on a monthly pest control schedule. The area of Key West is home to many insects such as termites, no-see-ums, and mosquitos. Pest control can not eliminate these insects during the swarming season. You may also encounter geckos, lizards, iguanas, frogs, and chickens during your stay in the area.
- Key West is a resort island where renovation of existing historic properties, new construction, and road repair sometimes occur without forewarning. AvantStay is not liable for any guest inconveniences caused due to construction in the area.
- Please note that if requested, the two twin beds can be converted into one king bed with bedding for a fee of $75. Please ensure you make this request at least 48 hours in advance.
- Please be advised that documentation may be necessary for ESA/service animals to gain entry.

Parking Details:
- 1 covered parking space
- All vehicles permitted to park within the La Brisa Community must not be over 20 feet in length, including any attachments to the vehicle, not over 8 feet in width, and not over 7.5 feet in overall height.
- Trailers, boats, jet skis, and boat trailers, with or without boats or jet skis, are not permitted in the La Brisa Community.
- Kayaks, canoes, and paddleboards are permitted but must be kept on top of the vehicle at all times.
- Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owner or operator's expense

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce it. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

We had a great time visiting Key West. La Brisa location was prefect for us. Not to close and not to far from everything. This is gated community. The only thing I seen has a slight problem is one key fob letting you back into the property. If your party splits up you would need to coordinate with each other to gain access to the property. There wasn't a security code given to us. We made it work but just wanted to share this information. Avant Stay was very pleasant to work with and very quick with communication. I would definitely stay at La Brisa again.

We had a great time visiting Key West. The property was in a great location with the beach across the street and also close to downtown. We really enjoyed the patio and the view of the ocean as that’s where we spent most of our time at the condo. I would suggest that it’s likely time for some updates as everything inside appears to be from original construction from 20+ years ago in the kitchen and bathrooms. The exterior of the property appeared to be in good shape and the pool and hot tub area was very nice and close to the condo. We will definitely return to Key West but likely to a more updated condo.

The condo was amazing and in a great location. Only exception… road construction and new sidewalks being built directly across from my balcony. Nighttime crews were out there for the majority of the night with loud trucks and blacktopping equipment The cop cars blue lights flashed in the condo most of the night. There are no blinds on the sliding glass doors in the living room. Smathers Beach is directly across the street which is extremely convenient. The beach is beautiful but too much seaweed on this visit. It was convenient to go parasailing from this beach location. The pool was very nice but the hot tub was closed for repairs. Overall it was a nice place to stay especially being a gated property. I’ve already recommended it to many friends.

It’s a great location for the beach lovers and not very far from the main attractions on the rest of Key West either. We’d def go back there and even the road works (looks like they’re expanding/renovationg the walk way across from the apartment) didn’t bother us at all. We had hoped to check in a little early, but since that asn’t an option for us, the lady at the office kindly lent is towels and a place to change so that we could go hang at the beach for a few hours ahead of picking up the key.

The place is safe and quiet. The accommodations were great. We could walk across the street to see the sunrise and the sunset. The buildings are safe and well kept. We had one small issue during our stay and the staff was amazing and had the issue fixed and were super friendly and responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

La Brisa is not near the action of Duval Street or other commercial areas of Key West, but if you don't mind driving, Ubering, or taking a taxi, it's a great place to stay. The pool and spa complex are beautiful and Smathers Beach right across the street is beautiful as well. Due to recent rain, there was a large puddle of street water we had to walk through to get to and from the beach, but that was really just a minor inconvenience given the proximity of the lovely, sandy beach. We had a little confusion finding our parking space during check-in, because the numbers above the covered parking places are so small, but AvantStay support was great in helping us figure that out. Five stars!

This condo is big so you aren’t stepping on each other. It comes with all the basic amenities needed (laundry detergent, trash bags, paper towels, all kitchen equipment). It was clean and we enjoyed the stay.

We only stayed one night of our 4 night planned stay. The location has a great view of ocean and we enjoyed the balcony for dinner. Unfortunately all of our boating plans were cancelled due to Tropical Storm Alex and we left town just ahead of the storm. We enjoyed Key West before the storm! Just a couple of items for this location: the highway that you see in the picture is very busy even at night and we encountered the stinky seaweed problem due to our vacation dates. Definitely consider the insurance for hurricanes!

All-in-all, I would highly recommend this property! Great view of the beach and very comfortable for 3 adults. We needed a place for me and my two adult sons for a fishing weekend. They shared guest bath and I used the Master. Comfortable living space. They do use a property management company so just a little inconvenient on check-in and check-out but I wouldn't let this influence my decision.

Great location!!! Just a quick Uber ride downtown to the action and a quiet, cozy place to come home to. Couldn’t ask for better! Yes, the beach across the street does smell but we got used to it quickly. The grounds and the pool of La Brisa we’re pristine. The condo only had a few issues. When ordering Uber or food, you can’t let people in the gait as there are no phones in the unit. Also there were a few inaccuracies with the provided Information. The main door to the elevator says it closes at 10pm when in fact it was locked by 7pm everyday. Good thing we read all of the paperwork beforehand (so we memorized the door code) or we would have been locked out. Also, the pool is open 24 hrs and the paperwork says 11pm I believe. That being said, I would definitely stay here again!

The grounds on the property was awesome! The community pool and jacuzzi was crystal clear and very clean! The condo had a very well equipped kitchen. We had no problem cooking our meals. We even made brownies! The view was spectacular. We had coffee every morning on our balcony. The beach was right across the street which we walked to every day of our stay. We ran in the morning right out of our condo on the sidewalk that paralleled the beach. Downtown was only a few minutes drive away. The only negative which had nothing to do with the property was the sargassum seaweed that covered the shoreline. Whew! Not a pleasant smell but seems to be a seasonal issue.
