Stayed at this property for the first time on our annual Sun Valley Christmas/New Year trip and we loved it. The house is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood north of Ketchum. Before we even got there, I knew this was going to be a great rental. The owner, Jim, stayed in touch and made sure everything was ready, he even called us on the way up to let us know about a minor (and I mean MINOR) issue with a small appliance so that everything would be perfect. He was quick to answer any questions I had. Once we got there, the house was very nice. There was a TON of snow on the ground and another 10 inches or so fell while we were there and every morning, he had a crew out there cleaning off the walks and the driveway, so that by the time we were ready to go out in the morning, the walkways around the house were clear. There are a TON of beds in the house, so it can accomodate a large family with lots of kids, The gigantic fireplace in the living room makes for a very cozy gathering place in the evening. My family and I loved this property and would definitely use it again in the future, if it’s available.
