Bald eagles nest close by and we watched them fly and feed, as well as a little family of land otters swimming right out front. Jessie and Eric are super hosts-very friendly and accommodating. "I stayed in the New York Hotel part of the Inn On Creek Street. Supposedly 100 year old building but in great shape. New York cafe in first floor was excellent. Rooms on second floor so be ready to walk the stairs. So convenient to everything. Staff was so friendly and informative. Loved this place. "

Incredible view, perfect location

"We absolutely loved Don and Brenda’s place. Location is walking distance to everything including public bus to both totem parks. Views are spectacular and the trees off the deck are full of eagles. Everything was perfect."

Perfect for a Pair

"We were attending a family event in Ketchikan in April. This property is about 5 miles north of town. It's a small apartment on the parking lot side and lower level of the owner's home. The apartment is relatively new, with a full size oven and stove, plenty of kitchen items such as pots, pans, baking sheets, bowls, various utensils and basics such as spices and condiments. It has a smaller refrigerator and a separate smaller freezer. Comfortable seating with a couch and a chair is in the living area, and folding TV trays provide optional table space if needed. A bar with barstools separate the kitchen and the living area.TVs are in the front room and the bedroom.The bedroom and bathroom are separated from the kitchen and living areas by a door. The bedroom has a very comfortable bed, bedside tables with lamps, a smaller closet with hangers, and a desk. The bathroom is equipped with a shower.The owner/host is friendly and very responsive. The owner's family is a long-time Ketchikan family, and has recommendations and experiences to share upon request!We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with this host and on this property. I hope it will be available the next time we go up to visit family. It's a great location right by the water and a marina, and not too far from beaches."
