"Very clean, quiet and very comfortable. The host has some specific requests in accordance with the City’s noise ordinance. This provided for a very peaceful and restful stay. The beds were very comfortable and the entire house was relaxing. The Host goes above and beyond to help us feel welcome. I highly recommend staying here. It will make your visit to Fredericksburg all the more enjoyable!"

"Lovely home. Nicely furnished. The indoor pool house was a nice way to escape the bugs. The hot tub was a nice amenity as well. Everything exactly as advertised. The kids love the billiards, ping pong and bumper pool games. Beds very comfortable."

"Perfect little escape, house was super clean and had all things we needed for a nice break from our normal routines. Pool and hot tub were great. Off street parking was nice and the attention to details was much appreciated to all the linens and toiletries they even had some bug spray to keep the mosquitoes away. Just book it already!!"
