"A lovely quiet spot with easy walks along the river to Pont Croix and Audierne. Easy access to lovely beaches and a supermarket only 5 minutes away by car. Matheiu was great (little English), a fishermen who provided us with 2 prepared fresh lobsters. Andrew, the next door neighbour, speaks good English and gave us a lot of useful information and local history. Gite was clean and well appointed. We loved it as did our dog, Charlie"

"A lovely well equipped house in a beautiful tranquil setting only a 5 minute drive from a wonderful beach. We particularly enjoyed the large patio area for eating outside and relaxing with a large lawn In front and trees all around. (The stairs might be tricky if you suffer from arthritis) For us we loved it and would definitely consider visiting again."

"We loved the area and the house. It is so well situated for a series of the best coastal walks we have ever done. "The hotel staff and the food were excellent but there was an issue with the room. We booked a club room with balcony as per Hotels. Com website. On arrival we’re told the club rooms did not have balconies so I asked for a room with a balcony. It was a pool view but it was also a huge building site view within 20 metres. A massive crane was within 10 meters of the balcony working from 8 to 5.30. Very noisy indeed. I had to pay extra for this room over the original. I am not sure the hotel should be selling these rooms currently. I could carry on a conversation with the builders without shouting. I did discuss the problem at reception but was told there was nothing to be done. "
