Royal Kona Resort
For a “resort”, we rate it ok. Front desk and concierge were not great or helpful- except cleaning service. Didn’t seem to wow us except for the ocean view. It is in a nice location, very walkable.

OUTRIGGER Kona Resort & Spa
We had a great stay at the Outrigger. Staff was helpful and polite, property was clean and we'll kept, everything was fine in the room.

Aston Kona by the Sea
Rooms were clean. The ocean view was spectacular. The staff were friendly. Parking is available. Traffic is an issue. No serious restaurant nearby. If one can afford it, consider using a shuttle service to get around.

Kona Bali Kai
It had adequate parking and plenty of towels. Wish we had noticed a beach chair in one of the closets. Check in and out was super easy. I thought it'd be a little closer to all the shops and restaurants but oh well. It had a window unit AC in the living room only so the bedroom could get a little ...
