"The housekeeping staff is always so contentious about coming by my room to make sure I have enough towels, shampoo, soap, and other amenities, and to ask if I need to have my bedding and sheets changed, my floor vacuumed, or have my trash and recyclables put in the proper trash bags or containers Nicki, Angie, Allie, Dana, Tyrone and Patty are patient and helpful with answering any questions I have as thoroughly as they can, or directing me to the proper resources where I can find the information I need: for example, when my questions intersect with third-party booking services and go outside of the purview of Red Roof Inn. With the help of housekeeping and maintenance staff, I never have anything less than an excellent stay.
