"I visited Southern Palms Beach Resort for 2 nights with my wife after a 5-day safari.
It took only 10-15 minutes from Ukunda (Diani) Airport.
I saw a Carrefour on the way to the hotel.
The beach was beautiful, and the staff were all very kind.
The pool was also clean and spacious, with plenty of beach chairs both by the pool and on the beach.
All food and drinks were included in the all-inclusive plan, and there were several restaurants and bars available, some of which were open 24 hours.
The food was good, and one highlight was the pizza we had for an afternoon snack around 3 p.m. at the beachfront restaurant—it was really memorable!
There were no other Asian guests except for us during our stay, but I felt completely comfortable.
We were a little worried about mosquitoes before we arrived, but we didn't see a single one during our stay."
