All 3 elevators were out of service and our room was on the 8th floor. We were traveling with our young child and heavy luggage so this was obviously very challenging. I can’t imagine how this could have worked for guests with disabilities. The hotel did not offer any apologies or make any good gestures ...

I had an enjoyable stay. The property was extremely clean and quiet. The staff was welcoming, helpful and kind. Jose was super bubbly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and I plan to return.

Location 5 stars. Cleanliness 5 stars. Commodities (bed, pillows, kitchen, closet) 5 stars. Only downside: rooms are HOT. There is no fan or A/C. Also if you’re coming from America, don’t forget an electric outlet adaptor.
