Enjoy amazing views from inside and out at this classic, single-level getaway featuring a nicely-equipped, full kitchen with an extra prep sink, a dining table with space for everyone, and a cozy living area with a flatscreen TV. And outside, enjoy the view from the furnished patio, fire up the gas grill on summer days, or take a stroll down to the water's edge.
This property is just two miles from the lower village which is home to a variety of stores, coffee shops, and restaurants as well as the Kennebunkport Marina and the Intown Trolley. If you want to hit the beaches, check out Kennebunk Beach, four miles away, and Gooserocks Beach, six miles northeast. And don't miss the Rachel Carson National Wildlife Refuge to the south featuring hiking trails and endless bird-watching opportunities. Don't forget your camera!

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
