Den Code für die Schlüsselbox haben wir nach Ankunft in Cochem im Telefonat erhalten. Die Box ging auf und wir konnten den Schlüssel entnehmen und in die Unterkunft einziehen.Bettwäsche und Handtücher haben wir für alle Reisenden vorgefunden. "It's truly 'out of the way and quiet, and overall a well appointed little house to stay in for a few nights. Access to the site is a bit awkward as the property is located within the overall confines of the campsite which runs along Denntalstraße and the Reception at the campsite appear to be either ignorant of . or have some feud with fhe existence of holiday hones in their surroundings and were downright rude when asked for directions!"

"I was not happy about not having AC in the rooms. Bonn is very hot and all they were able to provide was a desk fan. I opened the window slightly and when I returned from my meeting, I found it locked with no key to open it. Except for breakfast, they were unable to provide sandwiches or any substantial snacks - only chocolates and sweets. The advertising of this hotel on Expedia is highly overrated. This is not a four-star hotel. "

Everything you could wish for
"We had a suite and it was quite phenomenal. Lovely news. Temperature was perfect. Large room. We stayed for nearly a week and could have stayed longer. The pool and spa was just a short walk along the corridor. That also was wonderful and at this time of the year we had the pool to ourselves. Meals were great and wonderful service and atmosphere. Oh, and a 75 inch television giving us a cinema for the evening. Room service was also great."
