Villa with pool holiday home on the Lycian Mediterranean cost of Turkey. Set in pine forest on the slopes of Mount Olympos (Tahtali) Breathtaking views in peaceful surroundings. 10 months sunshine. Close to famous blue flag beaches, unspoiled natural and historical sites. Unique setting in Beycik near Kemer, a peaceful place on Turkey's south west Mediterranean Turquoise Lycian coast. Distance from Antalya airport is 70kms. Nearest towns are Tekirova 11km, Kemer 25km and Kumluca 27km. Beycik Beykent Villas are semi detached, self contained mountain villas. Each villa has its own garden on three sides of the villa. The ground floor consists of an open plan kitchen, WC and a dining/lounge area with fire place that opens out onto a large terrace/balcony overlooking the garden, forest, mountain and sea. Upstairs the first floor consists of 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom/WC. One of the bedrooms opens onto a balcony. Both floors cover a total 110 square meters.

Quiet, beautiful and relaxing
This property is up in the hills, off the beaten track and a car is essential. However it is also excellently positioned for this part of the coast and only a few minutes drive down to the main coast road. Within a short drive there are beautiful beaches surrounded by an isn't ruins, boat trips to secluded bays with perfect swimming, cable car to mount Olympus, a water park and a host of other activities. At night you then go home to peace and quiet and a cooling dip in the pool. The property is excellent. Large with a real family home feel and it has everything you need. The pool is big, emaculate and never crowded. You also have stunning views from the pool and the properties. There are several local restaurants and a village shop a couple of minutes away. This is genuinely a real find and one of the best properties we have stayed in for family holidays.

Lovely place to stay away from the heat of the coast
The villa was very comfortable and had all the facilities we needled for cooking etc.. There is a lovely balcony and we spent most of our time using it so that we could sit outside. The development has been well designed so you are not really aware of.people in other villas as the villas all look down towards the coast. This means no-one is opposite you and facing you. Despite it being August there were few other people around although there were more at the weekend. Consequently we had almost exclusive use of the pool when we wanted it. There was certainly no issue with noise from the pool which was about 30m walk from our door! You need a car and we drove past the entrance on arrival but were given directions to get us to the correct place. We would certainly return!

Superbe endroit calme et reposant
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa parfaitement intégré dans cette résidence boisée. L'endroit est très calme, le paysage magnifique, l'air est excellent et les températures inférieures à celles de la mer (on est quand même à 650m) sont beaucoup plus agréables encas de canicule. La piscine commune est superbe, agréable et n'est jamais surchargée (on était très souvent seul ou avec un autre couple). Les plages environnantes sont très belles, surtout celle de Cirali qui est magnifique. Chaque pièce est climatisée, les terrasses sont spacieuses et le propriétaire touhours disponible . Bref, un merveilleux endroit entre montagne et mer. Comme restaurant, nous recommandons le Doga Café, à quelques centaines de mètres, simple, familial et excellent.
