Nice pool areas and the main building was in good condition. Our bungalow rooms were max ⭐️⭐️ as the rooms were not clean and some things were broken. The cleaning of the rooms was poor and for example you could see that there was a lot of stuff under the beds (slippers, empty bottles, trash...). Bathrooms were clean and nice. At the a la carte restaurant we did not get what we ordered and on the departure day we got 3 breakfast boxes but we had ordered 6 boxes. There was always something to eat and drink and the staff at the buffet restaurant was friendly. There were only couple of other western people staying at the hotel. Very good evening shows.

The hotel is pretty good, the food is delicious. We like it. But the rooms are a bit old and it should be renovated. The restaurant area is not big enough for all the guests usually you are in the queue for getting food and you need to find the empty table.

Otelin konfor, temizlik, eğlence ve çalışanların kibarlığından çok memnun kaldık. Rahatsız olduğumuz tek konu Hamamcıların (SPA çalışanlarının) gece düzenlenen eğlence ve aktivitelerinde misafirlerin arasında, misafirmiş gibi eğlenmeleri hoş değildi.

Kapanış öncesi güzel havada tatil şansı

Otelin sezon kapanışına denk geldik. Personel ve ikramlarda azalmalar vardı. Fiyatlarda özel indirim vardı. Otelin konumu güzel, denize sıfır, arkada dağ manzarası var. Hava da güzeldi, çalışan personelin güler yüzlüydü. Animatör Güray bey, Resepisyondaki arkadaşlar çok kibar ve ilgili davrandı. Volebol oynadık, havuz soğuk olunca bolca denize girdik. Deniz temizdi. Sahil kısmı başta çakıllı. Akşamları soğuk oldu. Kalın kıyafetleri de giydik. Açık büfe yemekler standarta yakındı. Pideleri beğendim. Fazla kalabalık da yoktu. Sonuçta memnun kaldık. Teşekkür ederiz.

En iyi fiyat performans otellerinden bir tanesi. Lüks yerlerde kalanları tatmin etmez ama orta seviyeyi tatmin eder. Her gün farklı bir etkinlik var; bazı akşamları garden party, karaoke party, türk gecesi vs. günün dolu geçmesini sağlıyor. Yine aralara köpük partileri, dans etkinlikleri, havuz oyunları katarak her kesime hitap etmeye çalışıyorlar. Odalar her gün temizleniyor havlular değişiyor, tuvalet-banyo temizliği iyi yapılıyor. Yemek çeşitliliği çok fazla ancak içecekler berbat. Alkoller plastik bardakla veriliyor, meşrubatları denemeyin bile şekerli su.. Otel 555 odalı dolayısıyla kalabalık, denizi güzel ama kalabalık oluyor. Deniz tarafında şezlong sıkıntısı yok ancak havuz tarafında erken kalkan kapıyor. Personel özveriyle çalışıyor yine de barlarda içki alırken sıra bekliyorsunuz otel biraz kalabalık olduğu için. Farklı farklı yerlerde oturma, dinlenme, güneşlenme, atıştırma yürüyüş alanları var dolayısıyla her karaktere uygun bir alan bulabilirsiniz. Otelde Türk çok az, %90 slav ırk, tüm ilçede olduğu gibi. Sahilde yan yana onlarca otel var, bazılarında konserler oluyor; çarşı gezmek isteyene ya da beach takılmak isteyene kemer arabayla 5 dakika mesafede. Bungalov tarafını almayın biraz daha alt kesim tercih ettiğinden tatil köyü gibi kalmış, bir tı fazla verin düz standart oda ile ana bina tarafında olun hem imkanları fazla olur hem sahile restorana yakın olursunuz hem de popülasyon daha elit. Biz çok memnun kaldık, fiyat performans arayanlar başka otele bakmasın.

Nerede bşlasam bilmiyorum. Kaldığım otellerin en kötüsü diyebilirim. 5 yıldızla alakası yok. Restaurant kısımları tam yemekhane gibi. Okulun yemekhanesi daha iyidi. Yemekler kalitesiz, çalışanlar yemekhane çalışanı gibiydi. Covid kuralları hiç yok, herkes öksürüyor. Odaların ve katların temizliği berbat. Odalarda Wifi ücretli. Çok kalabalık. Akşamları meydanda disco kısmının gürültüsü çok kötüydü. Abartmıyorum, gitmeye gün saydık eşimle.

Malesef 5 gün boyunca bir sürü olumsuzluk gördük. Otelin her yerinde sinek istilası var, yemekhane buna dahil. Yemeklerin üzerlerinde sinekler uçuyor. Eğlencesi son derece kötü, bu otelin eğlencesine iyi diyenler bence birde orange county tarzı otellere baksın. Animatörler yetersiz. Ciddi anlamda şezlong sıkıntısı var, öğlenin ortasında güneşin altında kendinizi pişerken görebilirsiniz. Alkol kısmında import içki zaten yok. ( Bize telefonda var demişlerdi, otele gidince çağrı merkezi yanlış bilgi vermiş diyip geçiştirdiler) Özetle: Bu fiyata daha iyi otellerde kalabilirsiniz.

Magnifique Vacances!!!

tout été parfait! on a très très bien été accueillis. je remercie beaucoup Aysen a l'accueil. tous les barmans sans exceptions été exceptionnel, au petit soin toujours présent.. yigit, kadir, ferhat, hasan.. le personnel de chambre fessait leurs maximums pour que nous ne manquions de rien. le mini bar est remplis quotidiennement gratuitement il y a un service de restauration turc gratuite, un restaurant très chic et nous sommes servit a la table. quand j'ai lu les avis sur cet hotel dans d'autres sites j'ai hésité à annuler mon voyage! et heureusement que je ne l'ai pas fait. les animations, les animateurs été au top!! principalement les animateurs parlent ukrainiens, aucuns personnel de l'hotel ne parle français. nous nous savions le turc donc nous avons demander a parler turc. tous les soirs il y a des animations différentes.. rires garantis la beach party, la soirée turc étaient parfaites je veux repartir dans l'hotel!, peux être l'année prochaine.
