Great stay in the off-season with only a few guests in the hotel. It felt like the entire staff was attending to us. We were treated like royalty ;) Ksenia from the Entertainment team took us to see the nearby mountain and it was an awesome trip. Fantastic food and service. We had a lot of fun!

Friendly and helpful staff. We stayed in a two room suite It was quite comfortable. It over looked the pool and outdoor stage area. The cleaning crews were exceptional. The all-inclusive food/drink was more than enough variety and interest. We loved being able to grab and go from the pool area or the beach when appropriate. You have to cross a street to get to the beach, so no true beachfront view from the hotel, but it is a private beach area with lots of amenities once you get there. The lounge areas, inside and out, where you can grab a coffee or a drink and just hang out, were delightful. The spa seemed great, even though we only used it for beach towels, other people seemed to be enjoying it. We did use the onsite doctor for some small injury assistance and he was quite quick and helpful. The guests were from all over the world and we enjoyed getting to meet friendly people and learn their stories. The hotel is gated and there is a person on duty at the driveway entrance. The street it was on, is a bit remote, but we had no safety issues. My only thoughts on improvement would be the loud music past 11pm (from the disco maybe - not sure)? Also the Guest Relations person I spoke to only knew about the hotel offerings and literally told me she didn't live around the area so she couldn't tell me anything about what I could find in town. I thought that was a bit odd. Regardless, we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

This is the worst so called 5 stars Hotel I stayed in. The reception staff and management were useless and hopeless. I had to sleep on the FLOOR for six nights because the mattress was very old, uncomfortable, sinking springs. I reported it to the management and they promised to change the mattress. All they did was to turn the mattress upside down, ending in a worse situation and resulting in back problems. After several complaints with the manager called Leila and even others, they suggested to change the room. Nothing happened at all. In addition, it was stated in the offer by Expedia to be given a bottle of wine on three occasions I raised the matter which was ignored completely. It seems they don’t value and appreciate Expedia’s Gold members. I hope the matter would be thoroughly investigated with the management of this hotel.

Good afternoon , First of all thank you for writing your honest review about the experience in our hotel and we would like to say that we truly are upset to hear your holiday was not up to your expectations.We want you to know we did everything we could to solve your bed problems. When you complained about the bed for the first time, yes, we did turn the mattress upside down and see if it would work for you. You were unsatisfied with the result of that so our HK team tried to soften the bed with blankets so that you wouldn’t sleep on the floor, this was our temporary solution until we purchased and supplied a new mattress for you. Once we changed your old bed with a brand new one, you were still unsatisfied with it to the point of claiming that our staff was lying to you about changing the bed mattress. When in fact, the mattress was just newly bought only for you. When it comes to the issue of room changing, you refused the offer to change the rooms. That is why nothing happened. We do everything in our hands to make our dear guests’ holiday an amazing, unforgetable one and create loving memories with all of them. Kind regards,

Excellent but the reception guy was horrible
The stay was good, the hotel is clean and all the stuff there was helpful except the reception guy his name is " Halit " he was terrible and his way in talking was too bad to complete the reservation and we were coming from a long airplane trip but he wasn't helpful at all. But the the hotel was good, there was a variety every day at the food.

This Resort is NOT 5 star, at best 3.5. Feels like a Retirement Home, Definitely Not for a young couple. Out of 4 restaurants only one is working, Only Local alcohol, I tried to buy Remy Martin or Hennessy Cognac, They don't have it. I booked there best room with Jacuzzi on the terrace, then was waiting all Day for them to clean that Jacuzzi, it was very dirty when we checked in. My reservation was for 5 nights, I only stayed 2 nights and booked different hotel. This place is very outdated, No Entreatment at all.

Summer time you can find import alkol free of charge like ballantines, read label , cin, vodka vs, buy winter concept very different.Also i want remember to you that hotel dont have option to choose Guest age, religion or nationality. Evening time , when you neaded our houskeeping clean once again jakuzzi in the terace. We are really upsed to know you live negatif moments with us. GREAT, BUT A COUPLE OF THINGS TO CONSIDER
All in all, it was a very good experience. Comfortable beds, nice showers, excellent food, and good service. The only things I didn't like: the A/C was very weak. It wasn't that big of a deal due to very pleasant weather in May, however, out could be a real problem in hot summer months. The other thing is that there is very loud entertainment right into the very early morning hours, this does make getting a good night sleep would a challenge. I will still recommend this place, but thought you should know...

Excellent Hotel with the best location
This was Our first Holiday and it was the most amazing experience ever. Having no expectations I absolutely admired the Hotel, location and the people there. Kemer is full of Hotels but his hotel provided a lot of comfort for those who did not wish to leave the hotel with a nice pool side, kids pool play area and unlimited food buffet. Food was not three times a day, as one closed another opened with an amazing snack bar that provided everything you could crave for such as pizza, donner kebab, burger, spaghetti muffins ice cream which all came with the package. I was truly shocked and appreciated this as I was unaware of how much i was getting for the little price I paid. Despite the Hotel like normal providing three cause meal they also provided additions food throughout the day which I found thoughtful and those who don't wish to leave did not have to as it was all catered for. If you would like to go out then domino's, Mcdonald and Burger king is distance away and also Halal. Therefore perfect location, even with night clubs and other things to do in town. Location of the hotel is perfect as you get the views of the mountains and the stoned beach with amazing view. As you walk down the sea you will come to the Mcdonald and Burger king side where the view gets even more better with green ocean and a Yacht company where you can hire it out with also a tour side on the private boat. Just outside the hotel is a bazar which has majority of the things you want to buy.

Great hotel close to beach
Nice friendly staff, truly 5 star accommodation, very clean and well kept, huge buffet selection, all stone/marble flooring throughout and good pools including indoor pools and spa is 5 star treatment. Very pleased, only downfall is that the beach is pebble and no sand.

Crystal de Luxe at Kemer
This was our second visit to the Crystal, 12 months apart. We would have to say this year was a little disappointing. Compared to last year, cost cutting seemed very evident. Examples; no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, very limited (and only local) drinks available in the bar, over our four night stay non of the a la carte restaurants were open. To be fair this did not affect our stay. The hotel has a fantastic location and for the deals on offer it is still good value for money. Enjoy :)

Won't be back
Turned up given room on a main road very noisy at 2am neighbours having massive argument told to wait till morning to change room gave us new room OK but no air conditioning as apparantly it's winter just a fan open the doors mosquito heaven bitten to pieces then call to faith every day starting around 6am over loud speaker then you get the Cockerels screaming all night put us off turkey for life don't waste your money go somewhere better

Best Trip Ever
My stay was one of the best in my life and this is saying a lot. I am 60 and started traveling at 16 years old. Have stayed in many hotels all over the world. This was by far one of the best experiences of my life. The hotel was very clean with great food at all times. To include a pool side light buffet daily. There was water aerobics at 10.30 AM which followed by a fun contest. The food was very good with lots of variety to include cheeses, olives and a good cold bar. The bar was open all the time and all was included. The spa was wonderful as I treated myself to a series of massages an facials. The staff were very friendly, mostly spoke English and were very helpful. The hotel had reasonable driver, car rental and this was great for shopping. I give this hotel 5***** starts.

Outstanding price, with drawbacks
I paid $78 per night for this resort hotel and it’s lovely: large pool, bars, restaurants, shops and amenities. Entertainment for adults and kids, yoga classes, fitness rooms, etc. My rate was included breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and all beverages, including all alcohol. The food was served buffet style, and it was not outstanding, but certainly good. The location is excellent, near city center, beach

Christmas holiday.
The hotel was very clean and the staff were helpful and enthusiastic. It's near the town so is in a good position for the beach and shops etc. It was a great place to spend Christmas, the staff and management went all out to make sure we enjoyed ourselves. It is the second Christmas we have spent there.

An excellent location, only a few minutes walk to the centre of Kemer (with lots of shops and eateries) or a few minutes opposite direction to the (pebbly) beach. Lots of local buses for exploring farther afield. A lovely clean, spacious hotel. Would highly recommend! :)

Good location. Good facilities and service.
Just one step te be an excellent is the staff and food. For some reason some of the restaurant staff is annoyed all the time and food is average. Apart from that it is really good place to stay.

Great vacation
The food was excellent. The all inclusive program is a great value. One thing we did not like was that the swimming pool was too cold. It's a great way to spend vacation. The spa was excellent.

I know we bought an economy room, but there was only one easy-chair. And it was impossible to use the balcony because of heavy noise from the electric system outside. But it is a luxuryos hotel with exellent facilities, roomy and ok food and drinks. We need another room next time.

Thank you for the lovely holiday! I really liked the hotel, food, evening shows. Everything was amazing. Just the WiFi was not very good, really slow, loosing connection all the time e.t.c. But overall it was amazing.

Nice hotel with good facilities
This was a last minute booking but we were not disappointed. The hotel is well situated not actually on the beach front but has its own private beach just 2 minutes walk away.The hotel is efficiently run with good service in all departments & the food is varied & of good quality . Never had a problem finding restaurant seating or beach & pool loungers & generally had a relaxing experience although we choose not to be involved in animations which others might enjoy. Not 5 star Dorchester but very acceptable & good value for money. Transfer time airport/hotel approx. 50 mins by private taxi -80 euro return but well worth it. Only downside is proximity of Grand Haber hotel next door & bedrooms facing do experience smoke from their nightly BBQ plus some noise from their music until maybe 11pm. Grand Haber beach bar also play loud music in afternoons which is a beach annoyance to us at any rate

Not near to five-star hotel .
The food was no good same thing every day. The service cleaning the room at the time when the kids had to take a nap . All the reviws are not true . They post all the reviews. I will never go back there

Relaxing resort
The hotel was very clean. There was plenty of staff in every area to answer to your request. The staff were very obliging and pleasant. They were efficient too. We required help with the room safe and the air-conditioning and the relevant staff was sent within 10 minutes to solve the problem. There was a huge variety of food on offer. The only criticism I have was the time slot for meals felt short as breakfast buffet was over at 9:30 am and not 10 am; on holiday one wants to wake up late, not rush in the morning for breakfast. Same for lunch, buffet was over at 14:30, which meant if you are out of the resort you had to rush back to get in the lunch slot. But on the brighter side, there was a smaller variety available at the pool side restaurant at lunch times, so you won't go hungry. The sitting areas and open lounges were spotless with endless drinks and desserts. We enjoyed sitting there late at night with a drink.
