部屋の場所にもよるが、私の部屋は敷地の外に面していて、囲いもなく、怖かった。朝食の会場もせまく、暗く、長くいたくない感じだった

よかったです！
外装から見ると一見あまりキレイそうではないと思いましたが、 部屋も広く、お風呂もキレイで快適でした！ 中庭やプールもあり、設備もなかなかよかったです！ 空港からも近くて便利でした。

They had no showers or baths in the rooms due to plumbing troubles and when asked what to do there solution was to shower in the pool shower. Refused a refund and refused to help in actual helpful way and have running water that wasn’t just imploding out of the actual hot and cold water taps. Wouldn’t recommend for families or those needing a shower while travelling.

This is a fabulous motel ft or a great price. Yes.. it’s old. But it’s super clean, very quiet, the parking is easy and the staff is very friendly. It also has a lovely grassy/garden area and a pool. We will definitely be back😊

The inside court and pool are the pluses the cleaness of the rooms was ok had lint in my bed the room is Out dated by 20yrs th main lobby is the only area updated in the whole place it ok for quick stop ins but if in town for more days recommended using another place ... cheap is not better

The motel is in a great location, within walking distance of many stores and restaurants. The staff was very accomodating when I had to extend my stay because of the forest fires in Aug. 2023. There is lots of room and the grounds are quite large. every room has a patio door looking onto a grassy courtyard. However, the pool was very dirty, housekeeping was just OK. The rooms have been partially updated but the bathroom needed a paint job and the patio door was almost impossible to open.

The property was nicely situated. However the fixtures and furnitures may need to be replaced soon. The smell of aged wood is apparent. And it could have been an issue with our neighbouring unit, but loud music played throughout the night for all of the three nights we stayed there.

The rooms are nothing like the photos, the photos look like they were taken 20 years ago, but now they are falling apart, there were a ton of flies in the room, it was not clean, paint peeling off the walls and a lamp was held together by tape. Did not feel comfortable staying here, the front desk staff was friendly and accommodating when we complained, we got a refund and stayed elsewhere. Save yourself the headache and don’t stay here

Website did not reflect the reality of the conditions. Place was run down, if wasn’t for the fact they are pet friendly. I would never stay there. And I don’t recommend it

Good family spot
Room and bed arecomfortable. Pretty good shower. Complete kitchen. Good tv. Outdoor pool closed for repair. Outdoor space is very good - lots if tables, chairs and bbq. Great for kids. No breakfast - only coffee. We were told they have tried yo remove this from the web description with no luck.

We had two rooms rented. One room appeared well, but the beddings were really dirty, a lot of lint and animal hair on it. We didn't come back to the hotel until late at night so it was too late to change room. We had to put our clothing on top of the beddings to sleep on. The next day a few of us in the group were itchy and scratching. The TV and air conditioning were not working. So asked a staff to come and help us to trouble shoot. He was really nice, after a few minute of trouble shoot, he told us to wait a few minute before things working. We didn't bother with turning on the TV afterwards. In the second room there were dirty towels in the washroom. We didn't think the staffs cleaned the washroom at all. After complaint to the front counter staff, he exchanged us to another room and it was clean. We did not use the amenities there as we got back to the hotel late, could not comment on that. The staff there were friendly and tried their best to make our stay comfortable. The location is not bad, along a main road in the northern Kelowna. Overall, I think there is other options out there that can make the stay more enjoyable and is more clean.

The fitness room had no working equipment, rooms were not very clean and are run down. The outdoor pool was nice but you couldn’t get into it till 10am. The grounds around the hotel are nice and well taken care of. For the price I guess it should have been expected that some things would not be great.

Walls looked dirty. Lots of live insects found in room. Door lock/jammed appears to haven been broken. Cabinets in washroom old and falling apart. Floors felt uncomfortable and would not walk anywhere barefooted. Shower did not work properly. Only good was the beds to sleep in. Overpriced for what the room was.

*** RUN DOWN & BUG INFESTATION***The advertisement displays photos from approximately 40 years ago. From the outer structure to all interior finishing, including plumbing, nothing has been updated in anyway. Visible patch work was done with bathroom being the worst. The room had an old window box air conditioner which was noisy and made the room incredibly humid, damp and smelly. The biggest complaint i have was the infestation of what look like small beetles, i think? They surrounded the sliding glass door and air conditioner. One was found in a water glass the morning! I would never recommend this motel to anyone!!!

Very convenient to many dining options and the city attractions we come to see (Scandia, wineries and H2O). On the corner of two highways so a little loud… nice courtyard though and appreciated the pet friendly option! Would have liked to try the breakfast but it wasn’t offered during our stay.

An older motel that has been updated, and was very clean and the staff were very accommodating. The pool and playground and volleyball area, and surrounding grounds were a plus with families and younger children. It was easy to keep them busy and happy. Lots of safe grounds to run and play. The property is well maintained and managed and tended too. I would definitely stay again.

I really liked the staff's willingness to go the extra mile to ensure our comfort. I was staying at this resort due to its proximity to the two venues we would be attending over the weekend... and I had my Service Dog with me. Front Desk staff were unaware of the laws regarding Service Dogs and pet fees... but once provided with a copy of the Act, they accommodated us completely and with a smile of apology. The buildings are old, but repairs and upgrades are happening... more so in the sections nearest to Hwy 33...and bit by bit for the back sections. The first room we were placed in had extremely old plumbing that caused a stench throughout the suite... and bugs in the sliding patio door jam that were making themselves at home in the suite. Not bed bugs! But something that goes after the trees outside. One these issues were pointed out to the front desk clerk, he moved us to a room that the bathroom had all been redone and there were no bugs... he even put down a bait for them outside our patio door so we would not have an issue. I do have to wonder though if they put all people with dogs in that back section that is not all renovated...or was this just bad luck on our part? It may have been due to my asking for a quieter area given it was the first time my Service Dog was staying in a motel with me. The maids were super friendly, asking me if I needed anything even though I didn't need the room cleaned everyday...and respecting our privacy.

Bathroom ceiling and moulding were disgusting possibly black mould. Interior door lock smashed off. Nice staff lots of potential but at the moment wouldn’t recommend
