Great location, right in the heart of old Kelheim.

Right in the centre of the old town, close to heaps of eating options. Great secure parking for bikes. Large room, nice and quiet.

A Hotel with a lot of potential. Surprisingly large hotel, almost hidden within the tranquility of this historic town. It has a decent wellness/sauna/steam room/relaxation area, and a small but well kitted gym. Rooms of good size, and staff helpful, when they are available; and that’s the only real let-down that unfortunately affects the whole experience in hospitality. It is simply understaffed, room cleaning, bartending, even reception is staffed by a few, trying to do the work of many.

Do you like staying in the very center, namely - on the main street? Look no further. Spacious and cozy rooms, I could see the Liberation Hall when lying in my bed. A perfect place.

Great hotel with limited gym.

A great hotel in the middle of the village. Good breakfast and clean rooms. The gym was a bit small as there were only four machines and a set of dumbbells from 1-10kg. I would have appreciated a bench as a base.

It was by far the dirties hotel I have ever stayed in. Do not go there. Everything was dirty! The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Mold and filth in the shower.

A big hotel that is clearly understafed. The 1 person that I saw did the reception, Check in and even the cleaning of the furniture. The bed was really oversized leaving little room for the just one chair. Most of the public toilets in the hotel where closed. The breakfast was good. It could be a nice hotel if it would invest in more staff.

Bei Ankunft nasse Handtücher im Bad, Beim Frühstücksbuffet war das Personal total überfordert. Es dauerte lange bis leergräumte Speisen nachgelegt wurden. Eine Kaffeemaschine für ca 100 Leute ist zu wenig.

Wir möchten hervorheben, dass die Lage des Hotels sehr vorteilhaft ist: Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind schön, und Restaurants sowie Cafés sind fußläufig erreichbar. Der Innenhof ist ansprechend und wird als Biergarten genutzt. Leider gab es während unseres Aufenthalts erhebliche Ruhestörungen. Spätabends kamen mehrere Feiernde von einem nahegelegenen Volksfest mit mitgebrachten Getränken in den Biergarten und feierten bis in die frühen Morgenstunden. Aufgrund der Bauweise des Innenhofs war jeder Ton aus den umliegenden Zimmern deutlich hörbar, sodass Schlaf kaum möglich war. Mehrere Gäste riefen aus den Zimmern, ohne dass dies die Feiernden störte. Da anscheinend nach 23 Uhr kein Personal mehr vor Ort war, konnten wir uns auch nicht an die Rezeption wenden. Für das Hotel sehe ich die Aufgabe, künftig für mehr Ruhe zu sorgen. Am nächsten Tag sprachen wir einen Mitarbeiter darauf an; er meinte, wir hätten die Notfallnummer wählen sollen, die an der Rezeption ausliegt. Wir möchten daher folgenden Hinweis an künftige Gäste geben: Falls es nachts erneut zu Lautstärke kommt, kann wohl die an der Rezeption ausliegende Notfallnummer kontaktiert werden. Vorschlag zur Verbesserung an das Hotel: Sicherstellung mind. eines Ansprechpartner vor Ort auch nach 23 Uhr oder eine klar kommunizierte Reklamationsregelung. Wir hoffen, dass solche Vorkommnisse künftig besser gemanagt werden, dann würden wir auch wieder in diesem Hotel übernachten.
