Overview
Villa Pomegranate Tree is located in Katelios, Kefalonia. This detached
vacation rental property offers air-conditioning, Free Wi-Fi and sleeps
up to 8 people with 4 Bedrooms and 5 Bathrooms. There is a private pool
with barbecue. Walking distance to the Beach and Restaurants.
Layout

The gated two-storey villa offers private parking. The ground floor
front door opens into a spacious open-plan lounge with leather sofas, a
modern kitchen, and dining areas, including a dining table and
breakfast bar. French doors lead out to the poolside terrace. On the
ground floor, there are two double bedrooms, both with king-size beds,
en-suite bathrooms (Jacuzzi bathrooms with showers over), walk-in
wardrobes, and French doors leading to the terrace. There is an
additional family cloakroom on the ground floor. A staircase leads to
the first floor with two more double bedrooms. Both have king-size beds
with en-suite hydro-massage showers and French doors leading to the
balconies. The exterior features one of the largest swimming pools in
Katelios, a separate shaded dining area with a pergola and BBQ, sunbeds
and sunshades, as well as comfortable patio furniture. There is also a
separate round pool with hydra jets

Living Room
The living room is air-conditioned and has a ornamental fireplace,
dining area, comfortable sofas, DVD Player, Satellite TV and Free
Wi-Fi. There are patio doors to the pool terrace.

Kitchen
The kitchen is air-conditioned and features a toaster, coffee maker,
granite work top, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator,
stove/hob and oven. There is also a barbecue outside.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.

Beautiful villa, well located, but with some easy to remedy house-keeping "issues".

A beautiful villa, secluded yet within easy walking distance of local shops, bars & beach. Kateleios is an attractive village & its beachfront delightful. The pool is large & well maintained. However, we encountered a number of relatively minor housekeeping "issues" which slightly took the edge off our stay but which could be cheaply & easily remedied & create a much better overall impression. These included - no natural light in the master bedroom due to all 3 Austrian blinds being broken, only 7 breakfast mugs in a property catering for 8 guests, 1 single parasol for the 8 sun-beds, no cloakroom towel, outside relaxed seating only practically available for 7, not 8, guests, a number of light bulbs not working, insufficient tea-towels (2) & basic household items generally such as dish-washer tablets. These issues were irritating but did not prevent us from having an extremely enjoyable stay.
