Set over a ground floor, Villa Ostria enjoys open views across the valley and down to the Ionian Sea, with the majestic Mount Ainos providing a stunning backdrop. The villa comfortably accommodates up to six guests, and it is a sister villa to the neighbouring villa Levante, located right next to it. The property extends on one level with an open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen; one double bedroom with en-suite shower room; two twin bedrooms, and a separate family bathroom.

The villa's private (8.0 X 4.0 m) swimming pool is surrounded by a sunny terrace and landscaped gardens — an inviting space to unwind and soak up the Kefalonian sunshine. Guests can relax on sun loungers under umbrellas, dine al fresco by the built-in barbecue, or simply take in the panoramic views of the sea, valley, and mountains.
