「Overall I was very satisfied and thought it was a great little studio for a working professional. My one complaint, and communicated to the property owner, was the window AC unit filter was extremely dirty. Didn't impact it working, but not a good look. She was responsive, though I didn't request action as I just cleaned myself. Pic is of bathroom exhaust that gives a idea of AC. 「This was a beautiful apartment. It was on the third floor of an apartment complex, which gave us many opportunities to get our exercise in for the day. It had a nice balcony to relax and take in the nice weather. The apartment was very roomy and had a washer and dryer. Francine was always available to reply to any questions or problems. Nice place and would recommend it!」
