Nopey and Sherlly were a delight to interact with and the service in the restaurant was top notch. The grounds are a serene place to relax and enjoy nature and the yoga shala is a great place to practice. My room was amazing. A spacious oasis overlooking the pool. I could see the sun come up from my room each morning. The views from our room was breathtaking. The staff was beyond amazing! They were very nice, helpful and friendly - unmatched. The spa was so relaxing. The massages were relaxing but it was cold inside. So for me, that was a bit uncomfortable. However, they fixed that immediately. "ブィラになっていて、広い1LDK。各戸に温水プールがあるというぜいたくな作り。バトゥール山や湖が望める。食事は上のレストランでとれる。電動カートて送迎してもらえるが、歩いてもすぐ。フロントとの連絡はWhatsappで。すぐに対応してくれた。観光の手配と可能。"

"1) They didn't have our name at the reception on arrival - took some time to find us
2) Our room had all the curtains closed on arrival and boiling hot... No aircon in the lounge (family room)
3) To get to the family rooms, you need the hotel car. They only have one hotel car, so sometimes you are waiting ages
4) They went to fill the car up with petrol at 9.30am on a Sunday at peak time, so no car was avabile
5) There is no manager working on a Sunday

"Maybe not many people know this place, but Royal Indah Cabin is a hidden gem worth staying at. It’s easy to find on Google Maps, has large parking, friendly staff, and includes breakfast. The bedroom and bathroom are clean, the water heater works well, and the lake and mountain views are amazing.
It’s also close to Dermaga Kedisan and a minimarket, which makes it really convenient. Just small note: the pillows are quite firm, so it was a bit less comfortable for sleeping. And in the morning, if...
