Dated rooms, 1st room had old stained towels and stained blankets, no heating - cold. Changed room heating worked but not very well. Dining experience for breakfast and dinner chaotic. The rooms are super nice and you get buggy transporation around the resort. Staff are nice and helpful! Service at the hotel pool is slow and I would expect better facilities and more things to do/entertainment within the resort.
